What We Build, and What It Costs
Two things. A build, and the period after it where we make sure the build works. After that you own it and we're optional.
We research the market before we design a page.
Most builds start with a design file. Ours start with what your market is actually typing into Google, what your competitors rank for, and where the gaps are. That research becomes the sitemap and the page structure. Then we design around the person who lands there.
- Market and keyword research before design starts, mapped to page and hub architecture
- UX audit, user-flow mapping, competitor analysis
- Brand and design system work
- All copy written in-house
- Astro build, headless CMS the client operates
- Schema markup, metadata, internal linking, sitemap, analytics
- Google Business Profile claimed and configured
- Full ownership handoff: their repo, hosting, domain, CMS
The Creator Engine — site, CMS, storefront, and list, wired together
See how it works →On timelines. Practice builds run 14 days because the scope is fixed. Larger builds get a date in the scope document before you pay anything, and that date is what we're accountable to. If scope changes mid-build, the date changes with it and we agree that in writing first. Nobody finds out a deadline moved by watching it pass.
A site at launch is unproven. We stay until it isn't.
$900 a month, one to three months. Nothing has been tested yet — no page has ranked, no form has been filled by a stranger. We publish the content, post to your Google Business Profile, watch what the data says, and tune the pages that underperform.
It ends with a handover, not a renewal. You get a performance baseline, a content plan built on what your site actually did rather than what we projected, and the specific links worth going after. Then it's yours.
If you want us to keep writing, we will.
Most clients take the handover and run it themselves, or hand it to someone who does SEO full time. That's the point of the baseline — you can hire anyone from here and know whether they're working.
Some would rather we just kept producing. If that's you, pick what you actually need. No bundle, no minimum term, cancel with thirty days.

Still no ads, still no link building. If you want those, we'll hand you the baseline and tell you what to ask for.
Ask About Packages →We're not an SEO agency. We're who you hire before one.
We don't run your ads. We don't sell link building. We don't take a retainer to send you a monthly report you can't verify.
Here's the thing about hiring an SEO agency: most people do it owning nothing and knowing nothing. No baseline, no analytics access, no idea what a good month looks like. That's not a client, that's a mark. It's why so many of them get billed two grand a month for eighteen months and can't tell you what changed.
We build the infrastructure and put it in your name. We set up the tracking and give you the logins. We run the site long enough to show you what it produces on its own. When you hand it to an agency after that, you own the asset, you hold the data, and you can tell inside a month whether they're worth the money.
Nobody can sell you fog when you can read the meter yourself. That's most of what you're actually buying here.
Built for local businesses in competitive niches.
We focus where we have case studies, data, and a proven playbook.
What You May Be Wondering
How much does a website build cost?
Therapist practices start at $1,800 with a $500 deposit and a 14-day build. General service businesses start at $1,800 as well. Larger builds — funnels, brand systems, multi-location sites — are scoped and quoted per project. Book a call and we'll tell you the number before you commit to anything.
What's the Launch Period, and do I have to take it?
It's a $900/month, one-to-three-month stretch right after your site goes live, where we publish content, manage your Google Business Profile, and tune the site against real data. It's optional, but a brand-new site has zero track record — the Launch Period is what turns it from untested to proven before anyone else touches it.
Do you do SEO?
We plan search architecture into every build — keyword research, page structure, schema, internal linking — before we design a single page. That's part of the build, not a separate service. What we don't sell is an ongoing SEO retainer.
Do you run ads?
No. We design it, build it, write it, and get it working. Running paid traffic into it is a different discipline, and we'd rather you hire a specialist for that — after you own the infrastructure and know your own numbers.
Who owns the site when it's finished?
You do. Your domain, your repo, your CMS login, your content, your data. Nothing about this business depends on holding your assets hostage.
How long does a build take?
Therapist builds run 14 days from deposit. General service builds run on a similar timeline. Larger scopes — funnels, multi-page brand systems — get a project timeline during the quote, based on what you actually need.
Do I have to take the Launch Period?
No. The build stands on its own and you own it completely at handover. The Launch Period exists because a site at launch is unproven — nothing has ranked, no form has been filled by a stranger. One to three months of running it gives you a baseline to measure everything against later. Plenty of clients skip it. It's a better decision when it's a real choice.
What happens after the Launch Period ends?
You get a performance baseline, a content plan built on what your site actually did, the links worth pursuing, and every login in your name. Most clients take it from there or hand it to an SEO agency. If you'd rather we kept writing, content packages start at $600 a month with no minimum term.
