Stop losing missed calls
You're on a ladder, under a sink or with a customer. The phone rings and you can't get it.
They won't wait. They have a leak or a dead AC, and the next business on Google is one tap away.
This sends them a text the second you miss the call, so they stay with you.
What you get
- An automatic text to anyone whose call you miss, in your words
- Calls that ring the right person, during and after hours
- One inbox for texts and missed calls, on your phone
- A simple list: new, contacted, quoted, booked
- Help with the sign-up US phone carriers require before you can text customers
- A short video on how to use it
How it works for your customer
- They call. You can't pick up.
- A text goes out from your number within seconds: "Sorry we missed you, this is [Your Business]. What can we help with?"
- They text back.
- You see it in one inbox and reply when your hands are free.
About the software
I use GoHighLevel because it handles calls, texts and your lead list in one place at a fair price. I'm an affiliate, so I earn a commission if you sign up through my link. You pay the same either way, and the account is in your name from day one.
What are missed calls costing you?
About $0 a month in jobs going to someone else. That’s about $0 a year.
If you’re missing every call, start by fixing who answers the phone.
Win back just 1 job and the $900 setup has paid for itself.

How it works
- 1 Book a quick call to get started.
- 2 Fill in the form: your hours, your number, and who should get which calls.
- 3 I set up your account and send in your texting sign-up. Carriers decide how long approval takes. Often days, sometimes longer.
- 4 Once you're approved, I build it in 3 business days, test it with you and hand it over.
Questions
Why can't this go live tomorrow?
US carriers make businesses register before texting customers (it's called A2P 10DLC). I prepare everything, but approval is theirs. I'd rather say so than promise a date I don't control.
Won't an automatic text annoy people?
Not when it sounds like you. It's short, and it only goes to someone who just called you. They want to hear back.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Keep your number, or use a new one that forwards to your phone. I'll walk you through both.
