Forever Life Labs is a supplement brand with over 14-products and believed that due to their large email list, would make easy sales. However, after hiring an external marketing team and paying them $10,000 USD per month, their conversions didn’t align with their expectations.
The problem? Their product pages were generic which created a dissonance with the buyer-experience, reduced trust and ultimately resulted in little to no conversions.
Furthermore, the page was a Shopify Store which makes editing challenging since there are severe limitations with the native Shopify builder.
Prior to optimizing the product pages, we conducted in-depth research on all the products focusing on user pain points and potential KPIs of the product itself.
Creating product pages in a vacuum will not result in higher conversions. Considering that META ads were used, we needed to create a cohesive experience from ad to product page.
Our product pages needed to be media rich and optimizations occurred from the product carousel all the way down to the major Call to action, utilizing a mix of content to elevate the trust.
Our goal wasn't to simply create fluff, but actual verifiable scientific data to help would-be customers make a decision on accurate information.

This project taught us that when you think you have everything for success, you might be neglecting essential tasks that could be hurting your bottom-line. In the Case of FLL, we saw that a large email list didn’t provide the results they wanted not because the people weren’t buyers, but because the brand failed to build credibility and trust by creating nice looking – yet generic – product pages.
With our improvements, a potential customer now has the ability to learn everything about the product in under 30-seconds, while still having the freedom to read through the extensive copy included in the optimizations.
